He completed his Nephrology & Hypertension training at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. He then continued on to practice Nephrology & Hypertension in Dodge City, Kansas. He is board certified in Internal Medicine as well as Nephrology & Hypertension.
He relocated with his family to Tennessee in 2019 and his clinic is in Hermitage. He is available to see patients that are admitted to Summit Medical Center, Centennial Medical Center, Williamson Medical Center, St Thomas Midtown and St Thomas West Hospitals. Dr. Azzi welcomes new patients and looks forward to meeting you soon!
